Counter Culture Conference Registration – Terms & Conditions
By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Registration & Payment:
Registration is not complete until full payment (if applicable) and all required forms are received.
Pricing and availability are determined by the date of form submission and/or payment. Late submissions may incur additional fees or loss of guaranteed placement.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds (if offered) are subject to approval and may be reduced by processing or administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the stated deadline or for no-shows.
Participation & Conduct:
Attendees are expected to abide by all rules and guidelines set by event staff and venue management.
The organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke participation without refund for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Liability Waiver:
By registering, you release Christ's Church Fort Wayne, its staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Medical emergencies will be handled according to the information provided on the registration form.
Media & Communication Consent:
You grant permission for the use of photos, video, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional or informational purposes.
By registering, you consent to receive event-related communications via email, text, or phone unless you opt out by contacting the organizers directly.
Data Use:
Information provided in this form will be used solely for event coordination, safety, and communication purposes in accordance with privacy best practices.
