Counter Culture Conference Registration
Important Notice for Parents & Guardians:
Registration for Counter Culture is handled through local churches and youth ministries.
Individual students do not register themselves for this event.
If you’re a parent or guardian, please contact your church’s youth pastor or youth leader for their specific signup process. This page is for churches registering their groups.
Registration Steps for Churches
Use the following registration form only if you are registering on behalf of your church or youth ministry.
Step 1: Reserve Your Group’s Spots
Submit one registration form on behalf of your church. You’ll enter the total number of attendees you plan to bring:
Students – $100 per attendee
Adult leaders – $50 per attendee
You do not need individual names at this stage—only your expected counts for students and adults.
Step 2: Receive Your Invoice & Release Forms
After you submit your registration, we will:
Email an invoice based on the number of seats you reserved
Send a release form to be filled out by each student and leader
Send a roster sheet for you to complete with attendee details for both students and adult leaders
Once you have received an email with your invoice, you will have 7 business days to submit payment, or until the start of the conference, whichever comes first.
Step 3: Submit Forms By February 6
Before the Conference on February 6, use the instructions provided via email to submit all forms including:
Proof of insurance
Final roster sheet
Release forms for students and leaders.
Students and leaders will not be able to participate until the required release forms have been submitted.
